The complete Ed Parker American Kenpo sylabus with techniques , form (kata) & set a true art form to get your teeth into  , with junior and adult classes (taught seperate)

Total Fighting System is the full street system , with all ranges from strike  & trap to ground , a complete system great for all levels of skill and fittness , this full system incorparates KITO   (18+ age limit)

Thai Boxing

Light contact class with high fitness , great for that burn , high energy  with standing and ground  incorparateing thai boxing and ju jitsu with adult classes (14+ age limit)

an exciting and stimulating system using the full spectrum of Thai strikes.

Our first full time Dojo

Our first full time venue is opening on December 3rd , this is a two part project .

The first phase the dojo ( training area ) will be open from the start . The second phase will come later in the year (2008). We will be opening a full gym with boxing ring and all amenities including a café and pro shop. It will be housed in a beautiful old lace mill with great history and character , for further information .
