Pilates Classes
Do you want a strong, flexible body? Pilates can help you achieve this through low impact, slow, controlled movements which strengthen the deep postural muscles, in particular the deep abdominals, which act as the body's natural girdle, protecting the back. Results can be seen in as little as 10 sessions. This class is suitable for all abilities from complete beginner to advanced as each movement can be modified to each individual's capabilities. Due to its low impact nature it is suitable for rehabilitation after injury. It is also suitable as a pre and post natal exercise.
