Kickboxing
Kickboxing is a great all around Martial art and fun cardio activity. Good for fitness and confidence.
Our classes cater for all abilities, and all levels are welcome. We run beginners classes and have women only kickboxing sessions.
Using the American Kickboxing syllabus, we take students from Yellow Belt to Black Belt in three years.
Whether you are after a self defence class or a great and fun workout we run classes to suit your taste.
